Our first woodfired pizza was cooked way back in August 2016 and we haven’t looked back since...
Our unit is a small compact trailer, which opens up into a complete 3.0 x 4.0m kitchen; allowing us to to set up almost anywhere - gardens, driveways, and even woods!
We use imported Italian compressed beech logs to fuel our oven, allowing it to reach temperatures of over 400℃; achieving that perfect thin, crispy base in minutes

All of our ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally, and are drizzled with homemade dressings. As such our pizzas change with the seasons too!
e.g. Summer: maple drizzled, oven baked gammon with ricotta, fresh peaches and nectarines, finished with peppery rocket and a honey balsamic drizzle
e.g. Autumn: fresh figs with walnuts, honey and goat cheese
(plus prosciutto di parma for the meat-lovers)
