Peppered Brisket of Beef, marinated in Towcester Mill Brewery’s dark ‘Black Fire’ ale, braised in the pizza oven, layered on a bed of our sweet San Marzano tomato sauce, caramelised onions, topped with Shropshire Blue cheese. Finished with peppery rocket and a Horseradish drizzle
